Established in 1969 by Late Haran Chandra Sarker, H. Sarker & Company Valves Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in the manufacturing of industrial valves and sluice gates in India. Built on a foundation of integrity, engineering excellence, and long-standing customer relationships, the company represents a proud three-generation family legacy.

Originally founded as H. Sarker & Company, the firm began as a supplier to Macneill & Barry Ltd., associated with the renowned Kilburn brand. With their exit from the valve industry, the company transitioned into full-scale manufacturing—laying the groundwork for its independent growth and reputation.

We have been committed to quality from the outset, achieving ISI certification in 1987 for sluice valves and non-return valves. Our systems were further strengthened with certification from Bureau Veritas, and we continue to maintain ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 450001, :2018, ISO 14001: 2015 accreditation, ensuring adherence to global quality standards.

Approvals & Industry Presence

Our products are approved by leading organizations such as Engineers India Limited, NTPC Limited, MECON Limited, and RITES Limited, along with reputed global engineering companies including Toyo Engineering and Uhde. We also hold enlistments with NTPC Limited and Engineers India Limited for the supply of CI and Bronze valves, along with approvals from major water authorities such as UP Jal Nigam and Odisha PHED.
